| The paper presents the preparation of solid supracid catalyst for Light paraffineisomerization.Select n-pentane as reaction medium to evaluate catalyst .It has evaluated on the experimentset-up composed of high pressure microreactor used 10 ml continous flow fixed-bed and ofchromatography unit. Solid superacid catalyst was prepared with ZrO2 as carrier and H2SO4 asimmersed liquid.In order to prepare suitable catalyst,the effect of calcinations temperature,concentration of SO42-, addition second electropositive oxid, addition transitional metal andreaction conditions are respectively investigated.The results show that performance of catalystcan effect by added the second ilectropositive oxid- Al2O3,WO3 and loaded Pt,Ni,Pd.Thereintothe performance of catalyst added Al2O3 and loaded Pt is the best.According to the evaluate and the sift through light paraffine isomerization catalyst,It showsthat preparated Pt-SO42-/ZrO2-Al2O3 catalyst achieved superior activity under the condition thatthe calcination temperature is 650°C , concengtration of SO42- is 0.5mol/L, the content ofAl2O3 is 30% and content of Pt is 5%.The selected prepared catalyst for isomerization of light oilis used under the reaction conditions of 260°C, 2.0MPa, WHSV=1.0h-1 , H2/Hydrocarbon molarration 4.0, n-pentane conversion rate is 62.17%,isopentane yield is 57.01%(isomerization rate is58.00%), isopentane selectivity is 91.60%, liquid product yield is 94.84%. Solid superacidcatalyst has extensive application foreground for its advantages of easy separation and nocorruption . |
