The paper presents the preparation of green chemical engneering catalyst for pentane isomerization.Green chemical engneering catalyst for pentane isomerization is prepared by Ni.which is active component,and W Zr ,assiting component,and mordenite, the carrier.In order to prepare suitable catalyst,the effects of ion exchange,calcinations temperature of ammonium,content of Ni, calcinations temperature of Ni.reduction temperature of Ni,content of W,methods of adding W,content of Zr and reaction conditions on Ni/HM or Ni-W-Zr/HM catalysts are respectively investigated.The experimental set-up are mainly composed of high pressure microreactor that uses continuous flow fixed-bed and of chromatography set.The results show that the suitable acid of catalyst can abtained by suitable number of exchange and suitable calcinations temperature of ammonium,Ni/HM catalyst which is reducted at 400℃ has superior activity,W can improve add-doff hydrogen function of catalyst,dipping method is excellent,the aadtion of Zr may change the acidity, cooperation of acid-alkali between W and Zr can improve the perfomermace of catalyst.The selected prepared catalyst for isomerization of light oil is used under the reaction conditions of 1.9Mpa,300℃,WHSV=1.0 h-1 ,H2/Hydrocarbon molar ration 4.0,n-pentane conversion rate is 70.6%,isopentane yield is 65.4%,isopentane selectivity is 92.5%,liquid product yield is 94.7%,The catalyst can be used as green chemical engneering catalyst.
