With the development of manufacturing industry, the flexible-jig has been the development direction of modern jig. About flexibility degree of the lathe jig, make each other up through the jig in groups mainly at present, process to the demand for making a reservation by satisfied with different work-piece, improve its flexibility degree. With the change of market demand, new model change accelerates, the delivery date that users require is shorter and shorter;in the production type, the proportion produced in a large amount in large batches drops, the medium and small proportion that produces in batches increases. The deficiency of the traditional jig has become more and more obvious.The technology of digital image has been used in many areas: medication, examination, industry, agriculture and so on. It is available to deal with lots of information in short time because of the development of digital image and the improvement of computer technology. It has become simple, high efficient, low cost to obtain digital image. In this paper, by way of computer vision technology, we research the process accuracy efficiency in combination with the characteristic of machine bed location and we apply this technology to the location of digital control machine bed in order to replace traditional profession clip. In the process, we get the salvation of the location accuracy efficiency on the base of analyzing some key technology: offering compensation of error source on the base of improving process accuracy efficiency of computer (satisfying with process speed).in order to complete the work above, I finish the following text:1. It illustrates the development and application of computer vision. It analysis system form in combination with digital control machine bed.2. We research some key technology which is used in system, especially, we analysis sub-pixel edge detection and lens aberrance error source. We analysis the location transform of the work-piece.3. We distinguish bench of machine bed and in use of color discernment incombination with characteristic of machine bed in digital image.4. We offer some suggestion about engineer application and establish technology method in work piece location for a deep research.After analyzing the characteristic of this system, the final work piece orient precision may be different with different size of work piece. Adopting the system differentiating: work-piece material and work-piece size, first carry on pattern recognition, judge it accord with instructions for use of system, we need to make a father research reservation in time and three-dimension location to reach the aim.
