According to the quicker social development and industrialization, demanded energy amount has increased greatly in the whole world. Coal, petrol, natural gas, etc., when they are used as fuel, can produce severe pollutants. The sustained development has been facing terrible challenge. So it's high time to develop new clean energy, which has become the hottest topic in the field of energy and environment.Hydrogen bio-production can produce H2 energy at one aspect, and degradate organic matter at another aspect. Researches on H2 production with anaerobic fermentation method are maturer than the one with photosynthetic way. Though the former kind of study starts earlier, they have the poorer potentiality. Photosynthetic hydrogen bio-production can associate the solar energy usage, organic matter degradation with H2 production, displaying the economic, environment and social benefits.PSBs which can be used to produce H2 concentrate on the genus of Rhodopseudomonas, Rhodospirillum, Rhodomicrobium, etc.. Among the above all, the Rhodopseudomonas' hydrogen production efficiency is the best. During recent years, many domestic and abroad scholars have done many researches on the H2 production process based on the small molecule chemical compound by peer PSB seed, and studies on the influencing factor related and photo-hydrogen production mechanics are still more. But how to make full use of the organic wastewater to produce H2 by PSB is fewly reported. Even someone has done something with the above, the bases used nearly concentrated on the more-sugar contained matter and things like small molecule organic acid. Recently, livestock breeding has been developing quickly, and has been burdening the environment gradually, at the same time organic waste matter can not be reclaimed and be used. Accordingly, we believe there will be a bright future to do research on the photosynthetic hydrogen production process based on the feces wastewater. So in the article, we do experiment on the PSB hydrogen production, starting from the PSBs themselves.This article aims to enrich and screen PSB groups suit to utilize the pig manure to produce H2, at the same time, we do elementary research on the hydrogen production...
