The green Chinese herbal medicines is widely concerned In recent years.People pay more attention to the toxic substances in the Chinese Traditionalmedicines .The determination of heavy metals in Chinese TraditionalMedicines is the important quantity control contents in Chinese herbalmedicines. In this article, we researched on the heavy metal elements andcharacteristics of the heavey metals species in related soil, and the mainoutcome are listed in the followed. The pretreament of Chinese herbal medicines by microwave digestion wasinvestigated. Factors such as digesting power, digesting temperature, digesting timeand digesting reagents. The best digestion procedure was then selected, the samplecan be digesited completely in 20 minute by using microwave digestion system5mlHNO₃+2mlH₂O₂+1mlH₂O .The speciation analysis of heavy metal was studied. The aqueous solution of theTraditional Chinese Herbal Medicine Astragalus. was separated several speciesincluding the dissolved, suspending, soluble organic and inorganic, exchangeable andnonexchangeable by 0.45μm membrane filter, ambliter XAD-16 resins, Chelex-100chelating resins.Tessier extraction procedure was applied to examine the speciationand concentration of heavy metal in soil.The ICP-AES method had been adopted for the simultaneously determination ofFe,Mn,Cu,Zn,Cd. The linear relation of Fe,Mn,Cu,Zn,Cd is 1.0000,0.9999,0.9997,0.9999,1.0000;The detection limits is 1.1,1.5,2.1,1.4,1.1μg·L^-1. therecoveries of was 96.8-102.0% and the RSD was less than 1.0%.The method of continual flow hydride generation-inductively coupled plasmaatomic emission spectrometry(HG-ICP-AES)establish. The experimental conditionsof hydride generation were optimized. Under the optimized experimental conditions ,the detection limits of this method for determination of interesting elementswere1.04(As),0.68(Pb)μg·L^-1.We used ICP-AES method to determinate some heavy metal elementsspeciation in Chinese medicine Astragalus.from different areas ,we got the contentof heavy metal in different medicines from same area and the speciation andconcentration of heavy metal in soil.
