The Reasons And The Countermeasures Of Environment Injustice

In current society, the justice problem in the field of environment is paid more attention gradually. The thesis studies the environment justice problem in the angle of philosophy, analyzes the reasons of environment justice problem, and brings up some suggestions. These studies have directive significance to the realization of environment justice problem both in the international and domestic environment.First of all, the thesis introduces the meaning of the environment justice. In a word, environment justice is social justice or injustice because of environmental factors;especially concern the topics of the injustice between the powerful and the weak group. Concentrate on this meaning, the thesis introduces the relationship between the intro-generation equality and intergeneration equality. Because the intro-generation equality is the basis and the important insurance of the intergeneration equality, and the body of the intergeneration equality isn't exist contemporary. So the thesis talks about the intro-generation equality mainlySecondly, the thesis classifies the environment justice. Usually it is classified into international justice and domestic justice. This thesis classifies it in details. It consists of the country environment justice, region environment justice, and group environment justice and process environment justice problem.The third part analyzes the reasons of environment injustice, and this part is the key part of this thesis. The thesis explains the reasons in five parts: Firstly, the environment own particularity results in the engenderment of the environment injustice;Secondly, the elite's manipulation;Thirdly, the injustice of the policy;Fourthly, the enterprises tactics of" creating needs";Fifthly, environmental injustice reflects human disharmony relationships, this is the sociology reason of environment injustice.Finally, the article proposes the countermeasures of solving environment injustice problems. We should set up ethics principle which guides by justice principle of Rolls in theory;also we should do it in practice: The developed country bears responsibility voluntarily;Overcome elite's doctrine;Make the feasible environmental policy;Try to unify with the environmental benefit in economic benefits;correct the unregulated phenomenon between human.
