This work based of the studies of the ceramics physicochemical property, put forward a new conception that evaluated the ceramics with easy cleaning property and set up a experiment method and a standard of evaluating the ceramics easy cleaning property. A new ceramic that have super hydrophilic and easy cleaning property were designed and prepared with the original production technics little changed. The oil's movement in the water and the effect of rare earth composite phosphate on ceramics surface energy and anti-pollution property were analyzed and the influences rules of the component surface free energy and macrostructure of the ceramic glaze on the ceramics easy cleaning property were researched. The main conclusions were as follows:(1)The super hydrophilic and easy cleaning ceramic materials had higher surface free energy than common ceramics. It had better hydrophilic and the water could spread on the ceramic surface quickly. The oil on the ceramic surface can become ball speedily and separate from the ceramic surface.(2)Easy cleaning property can exactly describe the grade that oil separate from the ceramic surface was easy or difficult. The surface free energy of ceramics glaze increased with the ceramics sintering temperature. The higher ceramics surface free energy was, the better ceramics easy cleaning was. The polar force of the surface free energy decided the ceramics easy cleaning property with the same surface free energy. The higher the proportion of polar force was, the better ceramics easy cleaning was.(3) The Si/Al of ceramics glaze had much influence on composition of ceramics surface free energy. The proportion of the polar force in the surface free energy is highest when the Si/Al is 10wt%. Rare earth composite phosphate doped into the ceramics glaze could increase the glaze surface free energy and polar force. The content of rare earth composite phosphate had strong effect on the surface free energy constitution. When the content was 3wt%, the proportion of polar force was the biggest.(4) The roughness of ceramics surface had much influence on ceramics easy cleaning property. The water's spread would be counteracted on rough surface. If the surface was slick, water could spread into the interface of oil and ceramics glaze, which separated the oil from ceramics.
