Study On The Tool-Scheduling System Based On Multi-Agent Technology

Globalization and information development is changing the manufacturing environment, and in turn profoundly influencing a wide range of areas including traditional management, control mode, organization structure and decision-making rules, and the study of large scale informational manufacture system has been the topical problem. Tool scheduling system is one of the most important parts in information manufacture, especially to mechanical manufacture workshop, the tools are distributed in reason and machine tools are received requisite tools in time, which decide the dependability and efficiency of the whole workshop. Currently, agent technology has been the pop specialty in every researchful field that offers the basal technology hold for the tool scheduling system.The thesis roundly analyzed and researched the tool scheduling system and applied the agent technology to the tool scheduling system, founded the model of tool scheduling system based on the Multi-Agent technology, and discussed the tool scheduling strategy, optimized arithmetic and the structure of the database, and so on. The particular content as following:The paper investigated the every part and the function of tool scheduling system by analyzing the model disposes of the system, created the model of the agent tool scheduling system based on the blackboard mechanism primarily. Multi-Agent tool scheduling system model based on the blackboard mechanism was constructed, at the same time management Agent, tool resources Agent and transportation resources Agent were established separately. In the tool scheduling process between the multi-agent cooperation is completes based on the blackboard model. First inside blackboard of the management Agent reads the tool information that the tool system needs. Then tool resources Agent and transportation resources Agent separately take each one corresponding information from the blackboard and write the coincident request resources information into the blackboard after they analyzed the information read from the blackboard. Finally management Agent decided the most superior tool resources information and the transportation resources information and transportation equipment assists to complete the tool scheduling work.In this article the tool scheduling strategy and the algorithm are also produced through the tool scheduling. The main constituent of the multi-agent tool scheduling expert system was given in the software establishment of the tool scheduling system: the knowledge library, the inference machine and the database, and then the structure and the content of the tool information database were elaborated detailedly.Last the achievement which and obtains to the full text research work carries on the summary, and tentative plan.At last summarized the study work and achievements of this article, and proposed suggestions and tentative plan about the next steps of this study.
