This paper summarized the disposal methods of hazardous waste,analyses the existing problems in the treatment of hazardous waste water at the present stage and used a project of hazardous waste water disposal as a demonstration which was done by an environmental company in Shandong who specializes in solid waste disposal.According to the characteristics and properties of the waste water in this project,we put forward a program for improvement,compared different treatment process and summed up a new process.The new process is like this:High salinity waste water should use three-effect evaporation method for desalination,and after joining with the other waste water,this mixed water can be treated with these processes:"Coagulation,Advanced Oxidation,Hydrolysis Acidification,Aerobic Biochemical and MBR".Furthermore,according to the characteristics and concentration of wastewater pollutants,we made a series of experiments like evaporation,coagulation,stripping and Fenton oxidation to study the removal effect of organic matter,ammonia nitrogen,oil,colloid,suspended solids and other pollutants.By studying the dosage of medicament,pH value and reaction time,we got a lot of experimental data and concluded the best parameters.At last,this paper made a process design for this project and the running result showed that the new process,the experimental data and the parameters were correct.Therefore,the experimental data,the engineering design parameters and the running result can be as useful reference for the selection of wastewater treatment process,engineering design and implementation of wastewater treatment.
