The dry flue gas desulphurization technique has caught everyone's eyes, in respect that its simple technique and manipulation, low investment and operation maintains fee, easy disposal of the desulphurization product, no secondary polluting. At present, many technology of desulphurization in china are imported from other countries, and have more expensive. Develops a new pattern appropriate equipment of granular desulphurization reagent which is a very entertaining task.The running conditions of the experiment, moving bed's structure form, designing and manipulation parameters are optimized, to increase desulphurization efficiency and utilization of valid Ca. A kind of granular desulphurization reagents including: pulverized coal ash, slaked lime, and gesso are used. Investigate the influence of the process conditions, such as SO2 concentration in flue gas, moving bed thickness, velocity of empty bed, moving speed of granular desulphurization reagents and bed interspace rate.The results of experiments shows: with moving bed thickness and moving speed of granular desulphurization reagents increasing, velocity of empty bed and SO2 concentration decreasing, desulphurization efficiency will increase. With velocity of empty bed and SO2 concentration advance, moving speed of granular desulphurization reagents decreasing, utilization of valid Ca will increase . Cross-flow moving bed adapt to more flue gas flux, whereas desulphurization reagents utilization lower of valid Ca.On the experimentation studies and adsorption theoretic conditions, two different thickness of counter moving bed are designed, and get some optimal parameter. 1.40m thickness ,0.37m/s velocity of empty bed, 2000 mg/m3 of average SO2 inlet concentration, through the mobile bed with 0.03m/h velocity of the desulphurization reagents, desulphurization efficiency is higher than 75%,the Ca/S is 1.57. In the similitude conditions, it is thicker than 2.24m, with 0.03m/h falling velocity of desulphurization reagents, desulphurization efficiency is higher than 90%, the Ca/S is 1.3.On the counter moving bed experimentation and design conditions, third layers Cross-flow moving bed are designed, structure and operation parameters are given preliminary.
