Adsorption desulphurization technology is using an adsorption to desulfurise in gasline to make achievement a new desulfurization technics. The study make some research for revision of adsorption to supply a theory basis to adsorption desulfurization technics. The topic adopt molecule sieve NaY,MCM-41,Al-MCM-41-30,Al-MCM-41-10,Al-MCM-41-3 as carrier and Ag+,Zn2+,Ni2+ as active Component. A deposition and ion exchange means are adopted to revise the molecule sieve and the different active component absorbents are achieved.The relation between the performance and preparation and adsorption are setting about, the fittest technics are confirmed.As a result,the sequence of sulfur capability of saturation adsorption are being AgY>Ag /Al-MCM-41-3 > Ag /Al-MCM-41-10> Ag /Al-MCM-41-30 > Ag /MCM-41. The increasing of Aromatic hydrocarbon compound benzene are brought in the falling of sulfur capability of saturation adsorption.and it made clean that Aromatic hydrocarbon compound have strong competence with sulfide. Therefore,it is necessary that how to enhance selectivity of sorbent. A selective sorbent is made through activation with Ni2+and Zn2+, Ni2+loaded on NaY,MCM-41,Al-MCM-41-30,Al-MCM-41-1 and Al-MCM- 41-3.which are reviewing the effect on sulfur.As a result, Ni/NaY is better than others. At last,the condition of preparation and adsorption are texting .as a result:(1)the best preparation condition is as follows:active time being 4h,active temperature being 400℃,the capacity of N2 being 160ml/min, reverted time being 4h,reverted temperature being 400℃, the capacity of H2 being 160ml/min. The best adsorb condition is as follows:adsorb temperature being 150℃,pression being 5atm.the more loading being 30wt%。(2) The adsorption selectivity of Ni/NaY is beter than complexation adsorption. The above results laid a foundation for the further development of better performance adsorption.
