Air pollution in our urban cities is becoming more and more serious, and the amount of the emission of SO2 is increasing, all these give great harmfulness to people's life and ecological environment, so the construction of desulphurization project is imperative.From the significance of the pollution harmfulness and the prevention and cure of SO2, this thesis introduces the internal and external technologies of desulphurization and the present situation of it in China, and analyses and proves several desulphurization technologies comparative widely used at present. According to the current conditions and realities of the engineering construction, I finally determine to transform the desulphurization project on the unit 2×100MW of NO.2 Power Plant in Jining, and select the dry circulating fluidized bed desulphurization technology, this study gives a detailed analysis on the desulphurization mechanisms, characteristics and technological application properties of the dry circulating fluidized bed desulphurization technology, and designs two dust-remove device plants, and proves strictly on the project's estimated investment and economic benefits as well; As for the key equipments, overall arrangements, electrical applicants, instruments controls and the buildings of the project, the author gives a feasible analysis and an optimum plan on the engineering construction, it is estimated that this will produce better environment and social benefits, and makes series of related safety protective measures to guarantee the smooth implement of the project.By the synthetic analysis we know that: after adding smoke desulphurization device on two units, it can reduce the amount of the emission of SO2, and the emission of smoke and gas can accord with the national standard, so to achieve the purpose of desulphurization, and to meet the demands of the project, this will be beneficial to the improvement of the air environment in Jining and the surrounding districts.
