Today, with the fast development of town, the quantity of swill unceasingly increases. However, being short of management and irregular handling have caused a series of bad influences on both the environment and society, thus resource recycling of the post-consumer food scraps becomes one of the significant research topics in the food and beverage industry. This study is based on swill of a restaurant in TianHe. Base on the analysis of the ingredients, characteristic of swill;the article schemes out a suit of new blue print of swill treatment. On the first, classifying the swill and throwing off big sundries , and smashing to starchiness, which dimension is about 1 — 5mm. Secondly, it is the experiments about the centrifugal dewatering. The solid of swill is dried to make feed. The liquid of swill is separates to waste water and oil. The waste water is disposed by the microorganism, and the oil is abstracted to biologic diesel oil.The experiment result of the ingredient of swill is: organic compound 90%, proteide 16% and fattiness is 26% etc. The experiment result of centrifugal dewatering is as follows: Both enhancing the rotational speed and lengthening the centrifugal time will be effectual to reduce the moisture content of the centrifugal material and enhance the centrifugal effect;The volume ratio of solid., water and oil is 42: 17: 1, and the oil concentration of liquid is 59mg/L. The waste water is treated with anaerobic—aerobic microorganism. The oil is reclaimed. The experiment result of dryness is as follows: 120℃,20mins for the best dry temperature and dryness time. The moisture content based on dryness weight is 0.1g/g(dryness weight), and the materiel is secure and steady. Moreover, the article also takes the project of dealing with 50 tons food scraps perday as an example. By the example, this paper analyses efficiency of this technology on economy> environment and society , the analytic results indicates: The development of this study gets long society' s call, has the widespread social strength support. The economic efficiency, the environmental and the social efficiency is enormous.
