In recent years, the growing aquaculture industry develops in the direction toward the scale. Large-scale farms produce large amount of fecal water and concentrated, which is to be discharged directly without proper use and handling;Feces turn from the agricultural "treasure" to the environmental "waste." On the other hand, high investment and high operating costs of pollution treatment facilities affect the operators'enthusiasm, and the development of large-scale aquaculture industry has brought great pressure to the environment.This article first describes the inherent characteristics of culture of waste,and then introducts the concept of circular economy to the large-scale farms.Then, based on engineering empirical analysis,the basic situation of Institute of Sichuan Province is introduced. After the elaboration of pollution status and existing environmental problems, this article raises "zero-emission-free production"resource recycling model for the Institute of Sichuan Province and analyzes its feasibility quantitatively through the field test. According to the experiment considered the most adverse conditions, consumptive water access 0.48L/m2·Fixed times.All the green space project to conduct a comprehensive irrigation water demand (16.0m3) is greater than the project of non-rainfall water on the actual quantity of wastewater per day (15.8 m3).That means using green water elimination on waste water is feasible.Finally the thesis uses Effieiency-Analysis analyzes the environmental-benefits of Institute of Sichuan Province under the mode of recycle economy and clearly know that environmental and economic benefits. By calculating,in the cycle of economic development mode,after the removal of the value of environmental damage environmental benefits is 91,200 yuan/a,10-year of net benefits is 63.05 million yuan.Through the above analysis, under the guidance of waste resource recycling concept, through the use of scientific and reasonable feed formula, and constantly improve the management of technology to improve comprehensive utilization of resources, to achieve "zero emission" without waste production, Institute of Sichuan Province can promote rapid and healthy development. It can enhance economic efficiency and social benefits as while as control environment from the source and bring environmental benefits.
