The testing of the capability of some inhibitions in 10% hydrochloric acid were filtration by the means of linear polarization technology, weightlessness method and bio-decompound method. The capability of the TC-1 inhibitions which were assembled was validated. The restrain efficiency of acid mirage was tested. Simpleness study the capability of environment friendly and the mechanism of the TC-1 inhibition efficiency. Result as follows.Result of orthogonal design elicit the best complex compound TC-1, as follow:Glycerin 2.0 mLRhiosulphate kalium 0.3gSulfanilamide 0.2gOP-10 0.2mLPotassium Sodium Tartrate 0.5gSodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate 0.2gThe TC-1 inhibitor has good inhibition in the picking solution of hydrochloric acid in the temperature of 40℃. And the best using concentration of inhibitor is 0.3%.Result of the tests indicate that the TC-1 inhibitor content 0.3% has good capability of inhibition which achieve the inhibition efficiency of 98.04% in the picking solution of hydrochloric acid in the temperature of 40℃;the inhibition efficiency was decreased when the content less than 0.2%;the other way the inhibition efficiency was increased when the content more than 0.3%;the inhibition efficiency was reached 98.48% when the content was 0.5%. The temperature has the great infection on the efficiency inhibition, the efficiency inhibition was decreased following the increasing temperature. Efficiency inhibition was hyper-stabilization 90% when the temperature was lower than 50℃, but the efficiency inhibition was lower than 50% when the temperature was higher than 70 ℃. The efficiencyinhibition can be infection when the iron ion exist, the efficiency inhibition was decreased following the increasing concentration of the iron ion. The result of the electrochemistry experiment indicate that TC-1 inhibitor in the picking solution can cathode polarization and anode polarization means it is a intermix inhibitor. Bio-decompounded test approve that TC-1 inhibitor was environment friendly and easily to be decompounded, efficiency bio-decompounded can be reach 90% using the SBR craftwork which crush air six hours. Thermodynamics model calculate indicate that the adsorption was spontaneous, following releasing of the quantity of heat, the adsorption was very stabilization;kinetics model calculate indicate that the rate of adsorption was quick. Aforesaid that TC-1 inhibitor had a good efficiency of inhibition and a good efficiency of restrain the acid mirage, was environment friendly inhibitor. It would have a good foreground application in the chemistry picking solution.
