Synthesis And Application Of The Friendly-to-environment Scale Inhibitor

On the background of building a water-efficient society for the eleventh five-year planning, this dissertation has summarized at home and abroad the research and development of bactericide, corrosion inhibitor and scale inhibitor which are the three main chemical agent in the field of industrial recirculation cooling water treatment, and introduced the orientation of development about the friendly-to-environment water treatment agent in detail. Refer to the disadvantage of the PESA, we made the modification to the PESA that introduce a–SO3H into the molecular structure of the PESA, and synthesized a new friendly-to-environment scale inhibitor of PECS.As the industrial products of the two monomer for ESA is unripe, this dissertation first studied the compound conditions for the two monomer of CHPS and ESA, and determined the best condition to product this two monomers.The synthesis conditions of the PECS are studied and the best polymerizing condition is determined. Finally we got the pilot product of PECS derived by polymerization from the two compounds of CHPS and ESA which are synthesized by ourselves.The capabilities of scale-inhibiting and biodegradable are evaluated throughscale-inhibiting test and bio-degradation test according to the national standard of《Evaluation of biodegradability of water treatment chemicals-Carbon dioxideevolution test》.Refer to the locale status about water quality and operating parameter of the system , we applied this new scale inhibitor to inhibit the form of scale in the system on the basis of simulation test using a compound water-treatment agent mainly composed of PECS, and achieved a good effectiveness of application.
