To realize the purpose of waste harmless, stabilization, recycling and minimization, incinerations plays an important roles in the disposal of Municipal Solid Waste(MSW) and have been widely used abroad. With the development of urbanization, the amount of MSW and it's higher heating value in our country is increasing continuously. Garbage incineration is being popularized gradually in east and south of china. But the refuse leachate in urban garbage incineration plant is a kind of wastewater which is very difficult to treat. The emphasis of this study is to find a way to realize refuse leachate treatment. Using membrane bioreactor(MBR) link the disc tube reverse osmosis(DT-RO) technology to treat it, the results proved this process can realized the treatment of leachate on the spot of MSW incineration plant.The main factor effect on performance of MBR+DT-RO process about removal of contamination were investigated, such as HRTs, DO, operation pressure , membrane cleaning interval and cleaning methods. And the experimental results show: (1)the range of CODcr, ammonia-nirtogen, SS in the raw water of leachate were 2500045000mg/L, 10001800mg/L, 900 2000mg/L, respectively. The removals of CODcr, ammonia-nirtogen, SS of the system of MBR at an HRT of 6d, DO of 34mg/L, operation pressure of UF at 4.2bar achieved 93% , 80%, 98%, respectively. The efflucent CODcr, ammonia-nirtogen> SS ranged 10002500mg/L, 150350mg/L and less than 25mg/L, respectively. (2)the influent of DT-RO is the effluent of MBR, the removals of CODcr, ammonia-nirtogen, SS and conductivity of the system of DT-RO upward of 95%, 88%, 98%, 96%, respectively. The efflucent CODcr,ammonia-nirtogen, SS and conductivity ranged 40100mg/L, less than 25mg/L, less than 0.5mg/L, less than 350 mS/cm, respectively. (3)By the investigating of the change in membrane capability, membrane pollute and membrane cleaning, it indicated that protract the membrane using time is an important way to reduce the cost in disposal of leachate. And by the discussion of economy, it is sure that membrane bioreactor link the disc tube reverse osmosis process with many advantages in efficiency, stability, area, autocontrol, operation, and economy is a new technology suitable for the treatment of refuse leachate in MSW incinerationplant.In summary, this reseach solves the difficult problem of refuse leachate treatment on the spot of MSW incineration plant. Using membrane bioreactor link the disc tube reverse osmosis process in refuse leachate has instructional function and practical value, and it cound be used to treat leachate in other MSW incineration plant and leachate of landfill field.
