This thesis is mainly studied the simulation experimentation systemfor quality control of corn drying, and make use of that system for thecorn drying experimentation, which was parts of the project "The study ofquality control of corn drying and the simulation experimentation system"of the Jilin province science and technology hall.The corn has very high economy value, is one of the three greatestcrop in the world, and is an important animal feed, occupy the importantposition in agriculture production. Produce along with the corn list toraise with total yield continuously, the corn after harvest needs to carryon the homologous processing and appropriate hoards, currently themainly method for corn processing is artificial drying. The mainlymethod of the corn artificial drying is air drying, the drying technicscan't guarantee the quality of the corn product completely, and consume agreat deal of energy. In the past few years, the domestic and internationalscholars have been concentrate on the research that the corn air dryingand the best drying technics and process control. The current researchmethod mainly has: The principle experiment, mathematics imitates themethod and the spot experiment. It becomes a topic to increase thecomprehensive exploitation of corn that useing a kind of method tosynthesize,accurate, economy of corn air drying to increase the dryingtechnics and the process control.This thesis analyzes the transfer process of substance and heat ofprototype, taking the three similitude theory as the foundation,manufacturing a set of experiment system that can simulate the wholeprocess of corn drying, which can become the very ideal equipments ofthe corn drying technics research.The main contents and conclusions are as follows:1) Analyzing the transfer process of substance and heat of prototype,taking the three similitude theory as the foundation, making sure that theRe as the decisive standard of hydrokinetics and the Nu as the decisivestandard of convective diathermanous in this thesis. According to thesecond similitude theory, got the standard square includes the above twosimilitude standard: N u = hλl =0. 664Re12Pr13.2) Calculating the Re and the Nu of the prototype system, got thediathermanous coefficient of convective surface h , according todiathermanous similitude, the h of drying simulation system is equal tothe one of prototype system, then, got the quantity of heat of each sect tovaporize moisture of the corn: Φ1=768W, Φ2=610W, Φ3=474W.3) According to the design mission, calculating the substance and theheat of the corn drying simulation system, got the quantity of heat for thesimulation is 22kW, the air measures is 850m3/h, and the air pressure is1000Pa.4) According to the similitude of geometry, designed the totalstructure of the drying system and the original barn for corn designprocess, based on the technics of the prototype drying system. Come tothe conclusion: The structure and the drying technics are similar betweenthe prototype and the simulation system, and can attain the designmission to eliminate the moisture of the corn.5) Design the hardware part of the automatic control system, carryout on-line examination of the corn humidity;Use the LabVIEW languageto develop software part of the auto control system.The innovation points of the thesis:1) Study of the drying technics of the prototype drying system,analyzing and get the decisive standards and the standard square;2) According to the similitude theories, got the parameter ofcapability to the corn drying simulation system based on the standardsquare, and according to the similitude of geometry, designed thestructure of the simulation system.3) Carry out the corn emulation automatic control of the dryingsystem.This thesis make use of the similitude theories to the design thecorn drying simulation system, manufacture a set of experiment systemwhich can simulate the whole drying process. This production providesa preferably set of experiment equipments for the technics study of corndrying, and it is provided with some value in theory to advance ourcountry's research level of the corn drying technics;This productioncan lower the cost of research to the corn drying technics, raising thethe corn quantity, and bringing economic performance for thedevelopment of the corn industry.
