The cement industry has a long history of 180 years, and two periods of asking for everything from nature and development coordinated with environment. Its main production skills have been ripe, and its products have been increased. It is widely used and the production is as much as 3000 to 12000 tons a day, which plays an important part. The scope of the eement enterprise, the large enterprise's ability of single-line production begins to be improved in coordinating with surroundings. It has entered a new period of the development coordinated with our surroundings. The cement industry in China also has a long history of 115 years, and it has been developed very fast. What's more, it has made great achievement. But it still has some serious unreasonable situation in industrial structure. In the meanwhile, it has to face the challenge of the fierce market competition.The writer of this article is the president of a middle cement company. He has found out the two types of classified markets which can bring the advantage of the enterprises themselves into full play, by researching and analyzing the developing trends of the cement industry; analyzing the competition of the cement industry; further classifying the cement markets. In the fierce competition of the cement markets, the writer has successfully made and installed the different and competition strategies of the products, and the competition strategies of the low cost and the lead of technique in the area markets. The writer has also set up a new and a higher platform for the long-term existence and development of the enterprises.
