The mesoporous membrane of SiO2 and Al2O3 were prepared using self-adjustable method. It proved that self-adjustable method can prevent the crack of the inorganic membrane effectively and intellectively, moreover, the pore distribution of the membrane can be controlled easily and the technics of the preparation is very simple. The mesoporous SiO2 membrane can dispose the wastewater of antibiotic, it has been proved that it is not only the separate effect, but also the catalysis effect. And according to the result of the experiment, the effect of catalysis was different from pressure and the pH scale, when the pressure was 0.25-0.3 MPa and pH value was under 7, it can be best effect. The treatment effect of the y— Al2O3 membrane was increase with the pressure goes higher.Fouling is an important problem for inorganic membrane for its using on industry.
