Nano-composite materials, consisted of two or more kinds of nanomaterials, are fabricated by physical and chemical combination of different components. The properties of composite materials are better than that of any component and the novel functions can usually be found, which are resulted from the coordinated effect among the components. In this paper, diversified crystal of zinc titanate, ZnO/TiO2 nano-composite powders, ZnO/MWCNTs composite materials were prepared and the photo catalysis of ZnO/TiO2 nano-composite powders were investigated.1. Using Ti(SO4)2, Zn(NO3)2·6H2O and (NH4)2CO3 as reagents, the zinc titanate powders were synthesized by direct precipitation method. The influence of experimental parameters on the structure of zinc titanate powders had been studied.
