It is well known, the pollution of pesticides have been found all over the world, It has done harm to people and food safety. So it is necessary to study the the degradation of pestides. The papers consists of two parts: the feasibility of spectrophography to measure pestisides and the degradation of pesticides. To measure the pesticides with spectrophotograph: the relativity of absorbenceand concentration of the pesticides solution is very good: r>r0.05. So we can measure the solution concentration through the absorbence .The degradation of pesticides has been measured from two sides on three fields. Two sides: the time and solution Three fields: alkalinity liquor(Na2CO3), oxidize(H2O2) and enzyme degradation(catazyme&lipex; ) .The effects of formest and the lattest are better. For example: The degradation rates could reach 77.26% for bete-cypermethrion after 12h, 80% for decis after 10h and 81.92% for phoxim after 8h in alkalinity liquor. The degradation rate of phoxim with lipex is79.27%,the degradation rate of bete-cypermethrion with catazyme is 96.3%. They can be applied to next experiment.
