| High speed lapping of the paraboloid work-piece with the lapping tool by bending is a new method .This article has established the mathematical model of lapping tool bended through mechanics and the higher mathematics knowledge, inferred width expression of the lapping tool under the condition of each kind executing carries.The plan is optimized according to the theoretical analysis which the lapping tool designed. The design has made a kind of the lapping tool system to suit the paraboloid work-piece lapping, which structure simple, manufacturing cost low, applicable scope broad, operating convenience, forming precision high.The experiment of bending of the lapping tool has indicated that the precision of the lapping tool is very high, the average error achieves 0.0628mm.The experimental results of lapping indicate that the lapping tool by bending method is able to lap paraboloid work-piece, lapping the plastic work-piece silhouette average error to achieve 0.0521mm, lapping the metal work-piece silhouette average error to achieve 0.0279mm, further indicated that the lapping efficiency is improved greatly and the cost is low greatly by this method. |
