The Study On Dynamic Change And Driving Factors Of Land Desertification Based On "RS" Techniques

With the increasing deterioration of the ecological environment, the study on land desertification has been paid close attention in the world. Studying the changing rule and driving factors can make the mankind adjust ways and levels of developing and utilizing land in time.Xin Jiang is one of the serious areas in expansion and endangerment of land desertification. Jing He County located in the"Ai Bi lake"area is a typical area of land desertification.The change of time and space about land desertification of this area is a denotation about change of ecological environment of"Zhun Ga Er"basin .So this study on dynamic change of land desertification based on"RS"and"GIS"Techniques has the certain meaning of science.First, this paper selects the TM image of 1998 and IRS-1C image of 2003 as basic data sources, takes 1:100000 relief map,related map and statistic data as auxiliary data;Second, by means of"RS"and"GIS"techniques and software including ERDAS8.6 and ARCVIEW3.3, combined with field survey, this paper process the images of TM and IRS-1C;Third, during the course of research, this paper adopts national forestry bureau's monitor index system of desertification and establishs corresponding sign of images, appraises classifily the degree of desertification by means of...
