| Land desertification is one of the serious ecological and environmental problems facing human beings today.It threatens human survival and development.China is one of the countries with the most serious land desertification in the world.Desertification has caused problems such as land degradation,vegetation reduction,and sand and dust weather,which seriously restricts the sustainable and healthy development of our economy and society.Therefore,research on the dynamic changes and its influencing factors of land desertification in ecologically fragile areas in China is of great theoretical value and practical significance for curbing land desertification in the area and ensuring regional ecological security.Minqin County,Gansu Province is one of the most severely desertified areas in China and one of the four major sources of sandstorms in northern China.This paper selects the normalized vegetation index(NDVI)and economic and social statistics of Minqin County from 2001 to 2015.First,the spatial data processing technology of ArcGIS software is used to analyze the dynamic changes of land desertification in Minqin County in the past 15 years.Second,the climate data and Economic and social data,analyze the influencing factors of land desertification in Minqin County,and use the principal component analysis method to screen out the main influencing factors of land desertification.Finally,based on the dynamic changes of land desertification in Minqin County and their influencing factors,propose the land of Minqin County suggestions on desertification control.The main conclusions are as follows:First,the desertification of land in Minqin County has significant spatial and temporal changes.In terms of time,the total land desertification area in Minqin County decreased from 15532.88km2 in 2001 to 15212.44km2 in 2015,and the non-desertification area increased from 301.13km2 in 2001 to 610.56km2 in 2015,indicating that the overall land desertification in Minqin County Get preliminary containment.Spatially,land desertification in Minqin County is mainly distributed in the Tengger Desert and the Badain Jaran Desert and the desert-oasis transition zone within the county.Non-desertification is distributed within the Minqin Oasis.The degree of desertification of Minqin land is generally decreasing,and The reversal of desertification in the oasis transition zone is obvious.Second,the dynamics of land desertification in Minqin County are mainly affected by climatic factors(mainly including precipitation,temperature,wind speed,and hours of sunshine)and human factors(mainly economic development,population,livestock inventory,etc.).The principal component analysis showed that from 2001 to 2015,the dynamic changes of land desertification in Minqin County were mainly affected by human factors,followed by climate factors.Third,in terms of land desertification control,in order to further strengthen the land desertification control effect in Minqin County,in the future governance process,the industrial structure of Minqin County will be optimized,and the development of forest and sand industries will be improved;land use methods will be improved to realize the organic combination of agriculture,forestry,and animal husbandry;control the number of people and improve the quality of the population;strengthen scientific research on land desertification in Minqin area,and strengthen technical support in the process of land desertification control. |
