The problem about Geochemistry abnormity of shallow groundwater and deep soil in Jinma are of Wenjiang is the subject of the article. Through investigating the fieldwork and analyzing the data, found the Geochemical measure-index shows abnormity of different degree, furthermore, it appears similar rule-linear abnormity in space, including NE, NW two directions. It also shows the co-existing of several elements is corresponding with superposition of multi-index. Across the appraise of quality of groundwater and soil, find each index is in the range of GBâ…¡ standard drinkable water, but Hg is in the bound of â…¢standard water. As a whole, the water condition is well; Geochemical environment of deep soil is not polluted, some indexes is higher compared with Chengdu plain and country background, still corresponding with the country first standard of soil, so it is considered that the protoenvironment of Geochemistry is clean. Through cluster analyses of measured index of groundwater, the four type reveal that the abnormity form under different hydrological condition. Across factor analysis about macro ingredient, find out the main factor affecting the formation of chemical ingredient of groundwater and superficial water. Considering detailed hydrogeological condition, the main factors are hydrological geochemistry effects: rock-water interaction, leaching interaction. So do soil analysis, the plotted out four type affect Geochemical characteristic of this area. Taking Hg abnormity for example, connecting the abnormity in Chengdu plain and Quaternary basement shallow-hidden fault, it is found that the distributing of Hg abnormity is corresponding with the appearance of shallow-hidden fault, suspecting that the formation of Geochemical abnormity is caused by existence of the fissure and fragmentation, the element transfers to shallow depth and form Geochemical linear abnormity.
