Because of the high construction cost and running energy consumption, it is a universal phenomenon in our country that many wastewater plants can not be constructed or used. In order to seek a preferable energy-saving method applied for the sewage treatment in the middle or small cities, this article analyses the system oxygen demand and mixed energy on the basis of actual test of the correlative parameters and the task group's prior production, then advances the optimal configuration mode, which can provide an optimal energy-saving method to the techniques design or running management of the newly-builded or existed wastewater plants. The main tasks and conclusions are shown as follows:①Pertinent dynamics parameters of the energy-kinetics equations established by the prior group are ascertained by the means of the local experiments, the parameters: a'=0.463,b'=0.121,Y=0.654,Kd=0.051,A=208.6,mNADH=0.453. According to the energy-kinetics equation and adjustment model, the sludge retention timeθc is shortened from 34.6d to 15d, the total oxygen consumption can be reduced 22% approximately compared with the prior amount after optimization by the calculation of the equation linked to the oxygen consumption velocity. The model has simulated the situation that the same sewage is treated under two different MLSS, and the experimental results have shown the good removal effect.③This article discusses the impulse validation of the mixed and driving fixture (turnplate,thruster), the conclusions can be reached after analysis as follows: driving fixture's elevation energy denoting impulse is convenient for the optimal selection of the apparatus's configuration, which makes for energy-saving run consequently; Except...
