Based on the significance of the research background of forging energy-saving MES,this paper takes the forging industry as the research object,and analyzes the current status of domestic and foreign research on the development status of MES in manufacturing,the application status of MES in forging,and the research status of forging technologies on energy-saving.The main research points and achievements can be summarized as follows:Firstly,according to the forging production mode and high energy consumption characteristics,the application demand and energy-saving demand of forging MES were put forward.The forging production process was sorted out,which bases on the integration theory of information flow,material flow and control flow.In order to meet the data support requirements of the forging energy-saving MES,the energy-saving forging production data model was constructed,which bases on the forging production data modeling mechanism and the structured modeling theory of IDEF0.Finally,the business process framework of forging energy-saving MES was designed.To deal with the weakness of the forging production operation plan management,the forging energy-saving production operation plan management system was presented,which bases on analyzing the content and process of forging production operation plan management.By describing in detail the problems and energy-saving characteristics of the operation plan preparation,the method and related processes of preparing the operation plan for energy-saving are studied.Then,the execution process of the operation plan is analyzed to form a closed-loop process from the preparation to the execution of the operation plan,and the operation plan is improved according to the energy-saving requirements.For the problem that there is large energy consumption and production scheduling in the forging process,based on the analysis of information flow,the energy-saving optimal scheduling framework for forging production was designed.By describing the connection and constraints between forging production planning and energy-saving scheduling,the integrated optimization model for planning and scheduling is constructed.On the other hand,taking forging furnace loading process as an example,the application of forging energy-saving optimization scheduling in forging energy-saving MES is studied,from three dimensions of scheduling constraints,scheduling schemes and designing data interface.Considering that the application requirements of forging production data in forging energy-saving MES,the energy consumption data and its logical relationship in the forging production data is analyzed in various dimensions,which to construct various data models.By analyzing the relationship between key energy-saving data and energy-saving schedules,the application of key energy-saving data in energy-saving schedules is studied.Lastly,the data collection technology of the equipment's electrical energy consumption data,equipment operating status data and other production process data is studied.Finally,the forging energy-saving MES system was developed by using the information technology,which bases on data models,algorithm theory,and business processes.And the feasibility and effectiveness of the system were verified by running examples.
