Hydrophilic palmitic acid polyethylene glycol monoester glucoside was synthesized by using with a novel technology and hydrophobic palmitic acid monoethanolamide polyglycoside(not been found in the literature) was prepared through transglycosidation, using palmitc acid and glucose as main materials in this thesis. Identification of the products was performed on IR, 1HNMR, 13CNMR, and ESI-MS. The main research results were as follows:1. The results of IR, 1HNMR, 13CNMR, and ESI-MS showed that this study got as achievement as respected.2. palmitic acid monoethanolamide polyglycoside(not been found in the literatures) was synthesized by using transglycosidation method.The suitable synthetic conditions were as follows: the molar ratio of n-butyl glycoside to palmitic acid monoethanolamide 1:1, reaction temperature 145℃, reaction time 1h, amount of catalyst 3%(based on total reactant mass), purification with the isopropyl alcohol and vacuum degree 2KPa. Surface physicochemical properties of the product were measured. The contact angle was 23°, interfacial tension was 21 dyn/cm(both 1% tetrahydrofuran solution), its emulsifying power was equal to that of glycerine monostearate (a powerful emulsifying agent), and it could serve as the cosmetics emulsifier.3. palmitic acid polyethylene glycol monoester was firstly synthesized ,then palmitic acid polyethylene glycol monoester glucoside was prepared by using transglycosidation method. Its suitable synthetic conditions were: the molar ratio of palmitic acid polyethylene glycol monoester and n-butyl glycoside 1:1, reaction temperature 130℃, reaction time 1.5h, amount of catalyst 2% (based on n-butyl glycoside mass), and vacuum degree 2KPa. Surface physicochemical properties were also measured. The surface tension varied from 32.6-39.2 (mN/m,0.1%) ,CMC from 2.3-3.5×10-4 mol/L, LSDP from 8.4—4.3%, FP from 40—50(mm), EP from 60—108(s),and HLB valuefrom...
