Study Of PC-Based CNC System On Welding

Weld is a common methd metal-metal linking, which is widely applied to machining procedure. Nowadays, weld has been playing an important role in machining and manufacture procedue as an indispensable machinofacture technology. In order to improving weld quality and alleviating labor intensity and realize weld automatization the technology of number control has been introduce to weld field. This paper follows the recently development of NC technology and puts forward this research project. The primary content of this paper includes that brings forward a kind of reference model of opening CNC system on weld, designs four axis linkage calisthenics control card of based on PCI bus, develops whole driver program of CNC system and track interpolation model drivr program, and designs friendly interface of user-computer.This paper introduces the situation of the researches of CNC system and welding equipments in the whole world at first, and the principles of characters on the PC-based CNC system.
