Bases on the accident analysis of petrochemical corporation, The thesis dissertates the hazard and deleterious factor of petrochemical corporation .The thesis contraposes the limitation of major hazard identification, brings out a method of determine whether the steam boiler is major hazard.Using FMECA to analysis reaction-regeneration system, cracking equipment and assimilation stabilization system. Analysis result indicates the RPN of lampblack machine pump and trinary eddy are great, the major fault of lampblack machine are libration and lash cauterization, the major fault of trinary eddy is exposure cauterization. The cauterization of regeneration are chemistry cauterization and sulfur cauterization, this problem is the key of long-playing run of catalyze & cracking equipments.The thesis focuses on the major accidents in LPG tank region, gasoline tank region, crude oil tank region, steam boiler and catalyze & cracking equipments of petrochemical corporation, they are leak, fire and explode. Analysis result indicates that when a 1000m~3 LPG tank occurs instantaneous leak without wind, can form a columniform air mass with radius 57.6m,after 5 min the air mass diffuses on a large scale. When a LPG occurs continuous leak without wind, leak rate is1.47m/s, leak time is 30min,can form a foggy air mass with height 0.3m and area 10000m~2,the defend wall can block off the diffuses of air mass.At last studying on mergency response and prevent measure of leak,fire,blast accident.
