Liquefied petroleum gas(LPG)is a crucial energy source for industry and life, and also an important chemical raw material, which is stored under pressure or at low temperature. With the rapid expansion of the city scale, the original LPG storage and distribution station is getting increasingly closer to the city center, which poses certain risks to the safe operation of the city. The LPG storage and distribution station stores a large amount of flammable and explosive LPG,which belongs to dangerous chemicals. It is urgent to carry out safety monitoring, risk assessment and simulation evaluation of the disaster accident consequence,so as to grasp the significance of risk factors and treatment methods for disaster emergency, and guide risk prevention and disaster rescue in practical projects. The research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)This paper studies and analyzes the risk assessment methods of LPG,sorts out all the risk factors of LPG storage and distribution stations, summarizes the risk assessment system of LPG storage and distribution stations with 5 inherent risks,13 risk sources and 39 risk factors, evaluates the risk of the established risk assessment system by employing the combination of subjective and objective weights of AHP and grey relational degree, and finds out how important different risk factors are to the occurrence of an accident,so as to conduct targeted risk investigation and formulate relative rescue measures.(2)This paper explores the influence range of toxic gases caused by leakage and diffusion of LPG,summarizes the related achievements of the influence range of leakage accident consequences, establishes a mathematical model for selected engineering cases, carries out simulation calculation, and obtains the distance corresponding to different levels of influence, which provides guidance for reducing disaster losses and improving emergency treatment of accident consequences.(3)Aiming at the hazard range of toxic gas diffusion after the disaster, the ALOHA model is applied to research the effects of toxicity, fire heat radiation, flash fire in combustible areas and steam cloud explosion under different working conditions, and find out the conditions and parameters that affect the results, such as wind speed, leakage aperture, environmental temperature, etc.,which affect the disaster range, thus putting forward effective suggestions to prevent accidents.Figure 21 table 29 reference 90...
