The worldwide water shortage and water pollution is a common problem that the global people have to face at twenty-one century. It is not only respect to human being's survive and development but also has profound and severe affect to the global economic and politics.Increasing the utilization rate of the water resources recirculation is an efficient path that can resolve the shortage of the gross amount of freshwater resources. Ensure the quality stabilization of the recirculation cooling water is a basic requirement of increasing recirculation water utilization rate and run effect. In this article, at the basis of researching the mechanism of encrustation, corrosion and microorganism hazard happened in the system of recycle cooling water, aim at the running state of recirculation cooling water system at TISCO. Coke plant, it prepared scale inhibitor (HSJ-101, HY-2206 ,JAD-236), corrosion inhibitors(JHC-102, YC-220, RDA-6), bactericides(NSJ-1, M-1050, POT-202), and make a series of experiments residue hardness experiment , using coupon experiment and microorganism cultivation. It compared the different using effects of the different agents and defined JAD-236 as the scale inhibitor, RDA-6 as the corrosion inhibitor, POT-202 as the bactericide in this recirculation cooling water system.
