Deflagration of explosive is one of the main reason leading to blasting in inflammable gas and grime under the coalmine, so, the index of anti_deflagration property of permissible explosive is a very important safety index, the test of anti_deflagration property of explosive is one of the main test item to product of entering coalmine.The paper outspread researching surrounding Anti_Deflagration Property and test methods of permissible explosive closely and make a analysis and discuss in-depth to the precondition of detonation transmission to deflagration of explosive and combusting criterion and influence factors of anti_deflagration property of permissible explosive. On bases of theoretical and mass of experimentation, the paper put forward the important conclusion that if keep the main oxidizer and deoxidiser immovability, then, in the chemical composing of explosive, the contents of moisture and sodium chloride is the main influence factors in anti_deflagration property and in the physical structure, the granule fineness and the uniform degree of mixture is the main factors in anti_deflagration property of permissible explosive.Through the researching of test method and blasting parameter of anti_deflagration property, the paper conclude the viewpoint that in the current test method, it is doable using black powder replace 28 Water-resistant Industrial Powdery explosives contained ammonium nitrate and trinitrotoluene as priming and fix on the quantum of black powder on the bases of mass experimentation.
