The Determination Of Nutrition Elements In Tobacco Leaves By Ion Chromatography

Ion Chromatography (IC) is fast, simple, sensitive and it can determine multi-component matter. And it is the analytical method for the separation of ions non-determined by other methods, especially some anion. Ion Chromatography plays an increasingly important role and becomes a vital instrument in the analyses of fossil oil, chemical industry, environment-protection, food product, medicament, and clinic, crude and so on. Along with the perpetual development of tobacco industry, it was bursting to establish a kind of analytical method to determination of the nutritive elements which were influential to the growth and the character of tobacco. And a majority of traditional methods are difficult to satisfy the requests of modern analyses and detection and they cannot become a groovy means. But Ion chromatography satisfies these requests, and it turn into our principal choose.This work study the applications of determination of nutritive elements by Ion chromatography, and our research work for the preparative treatment methods and the analyze methods choosing involved the following contents and achievements:1. The study of the preparative treatment and the analysis methods in the determination of fluoride, chloride, bromide, nitrite and nitrate salts and sulfate, phosphate in tobacco leaves.2. The study of the preparative treatment methods and the analysis methods in determination of Li~+,Na~+,K~+,NH4~+,Ca2~+,Mg2~+ in tobacco leaves.3. Applying the method studied this work, 12 kinds of element in tobacco leaves were determined. The distributing rules of elements at different parts of tobacco plant were found by analyzing the data.
