Hydrosilylation of alkenes, alkynes and related compounds has been widely investigated since organosilicon derivatives constitute useful intermediates in synthetic organic chemistry. Despite a lot of researchers have paid much attention to this reaction, there have been very few reports on the hydrosilylation of ferrocenylsilanes. This thesis is focused on the hydrosilylation of ferrocenylsilanes, expecting to solve the problem of migration of ferrocene derivatives as combustion catalyst in solid propellant.Ferrocene derivatives as combustion catalyst, have already played important roles in the aerospace industry. However, this kind of compounds exhibit migration in their degrees. To solve this problem more effectively, our team has explored series of ferrocene derivatives containing Si-H bond. Most importantly, Si-H bond can react with C=C existing in hydroxyl-terminated polybutadiene (HTPB). Through hydrosilylation, ferrocenylsilanes are grafted onto the polymer chains of HTPB, thus the migration of ferrocenyl containing compounds will be avoided. We selected three Pt-containing hydrosilylation catalysts to catalyze the reaction of ferrocenylsilanes with para-substituted styrenes, and examined the catalytic...
