This paper introduce the preparation of St-BA / Nano particles compound emulsion by in-situ emulsion polymerization, especially research the syngestic effect of the Nano particles on emulsion anti-ultraviolt aging propertity. The research contents include: choosing and comparising the influencing factors, systematic summarizing the emulsion recipe and seed polymerization method; Surface treating the Nano-particles, synthesizing stable emulsion, and testing the materials properties(outlook, machenical property, rheological property, themo-property etc); Specially investigating the influencement on the anti-aging property of specimen with nano-particles under UV treatment.IR of Nano-particles shows that coupling agent conject the surface of nano-particles by chemical bond; Adding nano-particles improves material's properties, when dosage increase, the agglomeration of particles makes the material properties decrease; From the TEM, DSC,we found that there is no monomer in product, the specimen's Tg increased evidently as the nano-particles added, Nano-particles scatter less than 100nm in copolymer after the surface treatment; The static rheological test found the emulsion viscosity increased first, then reduced as the content of nano-particles enhancing, the dynamic rheological test indicated that the emulsion was pseudoplastic fluid; The Synergetic effect of TiO2& SiO2...
