Study On Molasses Alcohol Waste Water By Multi-Stage Membranes

Molasses alcohol wastewater is a high-concentration organic wastewater with many components which is very difficult to be treated.On the basis of surveying the technologies of disposing molasses alcohol wastewater and the mechanism and current situation of membrane technique,molasses alcohol wastewater treated by multi-stage membranes was studied in the thesis which mainly concluded the pre-treating process, process of multi-stage membranes, cleaning process and process of reclaiming components.The main research contents and results of the thesis are reported as following:1.Effect of centrifuge and combination of static balance and micro-filtration on molasses alcohol wastewater were studied.By the single factor experiments we got the best condition of centrifuge.After detection and compare of COD OD total polyphenol solid content SS in the clean liquid and liquid of permeation of MF membrane, we obtained result of combination of static balance and micro-filtration was better than that of centrifuge.With cleaning condition of pure water 30min,0.2%NaOH 40min,0.2%HNO₃ 40min, excellent flux recovery of MF membrane was got.2.Combination of membranes was selected which detected COD,OD and...
