The study on synthesis, crystal structures and property researches of the complexes of N-containing polydentate ligands has attracted considerable attentions during the past two decades for their potentional application in coordination polymers, catalysis, biomaterial and optics materials and so on.In this dissertation, the four ligands, bis(pyrazole-1-yl)methane (bpm), bis(3,5-dimethylpyrazol-1-yl)methane(bdpm), bis(triazole-1-yl)methane(btm) and bis(3,5-dimethyltriazole-1-yl)methane(bdtm) are synthesized. Eight novel complexes are synthesized using these four ligands with transition metal cations Cu(II), Ni(II), Co(II), single crystals of these complexes are obtained by analyses. The structural formula are{[Ni(bpm)2(H2O)2][Ni(bpm)2(N3)2]}(ClO4)2(1), Co(bpm)2(N3)2(2),[Ni(bdpm)2(OAc)]2(N3)2·5H2O(3), [Co(bdpm)2Cl]·[Co(dmg)2Cl2]2(4),{[Cu4(btm)6(o-pa)4]·4(DMF)·3H2O}n(5), {[Cu(bdtm)(OH)](ClO4)·2H2O}n(6),[Cu(bdtm)2·3H2O](ClO4)2(7), [Ni(btac)2]·H2O(8). According to the analysis of the X-ray diffraction, the azide groups were not formed end-on N3-bridged structure in complexes (1), (2) and (3). In complex (5), the btm ligand and o-pa ligand are coordinated to metal ions as bridged ligands and construct two dimensional structure. The bdtm ligands in complex (6) are acted as a bridged ligands to coordinate metal ions, the hydroxy groups are also connected two metal ions and constructed Cu-Cu bond in complex (6). Comparing to complex (6), only slightly changing in pH value of the method in synthesis complex (7), novel monometal complex is obtained, in which the coordination structure of the ligand bdtm in (7) are greatly different from (6). In these complexes, hydrogen bonds play an important role in constructing the structure of the complexes. In complexes (1), (2), and (3), hydrogen bonds shield the...
