Slagging on coal-fired boiler in thermal power plant is very serious. In our country, coal is the most important fuel in thermal power plant. It does harms to the safety and economy of boiler. It fades thermal transmission which reduces thermal efficiency in boiler or reduces unit loads. It may introduce accidents which is worst thing.Silicon dioxide, alumina, ferric oxide, calcium oxide and sodium oxide are most important components on slagging of coal. It investigates the infection of calcium oxide on slagging of coal ash in this paper mainly. It use X-RD diffraction to analyze content of coal ash which is useful to study infection of calcium oxide.It uses FactSage software to simulate thermodynamics state of the mass change of calcium oxide and sodium oxide in shen mu coal and calculates reactive degree. It can instruct the study of slagging of boiler .It is very convenient and economic.This article sets up a new forecasting model. In order to distinguish boilers' slagging tendency this model in which subjection functions choose normal nonlinear function forecasts coal slagging characteristics. The results of the Fuzzy integrated judgement model are accurate and accord with real instance of slagging.
