It is an important reaction in the gasifier,the high speed jet area result in slag fixed bed gasifier gasification agent nozzle.The reaction conditions and formation of high?speed jet affect the thermal balance of the gasifier,the composition of gas products,and the normal liquid slag discharge process.Careless operation in the industrial operation will have a clarinet,partial burn,channel flow,such as abnormal phenomenon.Along with our country industrialization development of slag fixed bed gasifier,the industry of slag for fixed bed gasifier agree the importance of high speed jet area.So high speed jet area stable operation to create the best furnace condition,achieve stable discharge and giving full play to the advantages of fixed bed liquid slag discharge gasifier production is of great significance.Through literature research,the slag in fixed bed gasifier high-speed jet area of study is less,the lack of high-speed jet zone formation mechanism,lack of gasifier various device parameters and operating effect of technical parameters on the high-speed jet area quantitative relationship.Due to industrial gasifier production load is high,the diameter of furnace is large,high speed jet area in normal operation to keep the atmosphere in the furnace,the temperature distribution and gas component parameters such as stability is particularly important at the same time high speed jet region also have an impact for discharge.Based on the industrial level of inner diameter 3.6 meters of gasifier modeling for the prototype,in view of the material properties of the furnace,the modeling method is adopted to establish the inner diameter of up to 50 centimeters cold test bench,the slag of fixed bed gasifier the influence law of various parameters on the high-speed jet area,the main research contents are as follows:(1)The article demonstrates the similarities of the blast furnace tuyere and gasifier high-speed jet area.Based on the similarity theory,the simplification of industrial-grade gasifier,in the process of modeling reserves the gasification agent nozzle parts need to key research.Through modeling algorithm,with industrial-grade diameter 3.6 meters of the gasifier as the prototype,the inner diameter of cold experiment device is 50 centimeters.Experiment device made of transparent organic glass,it was investigated in the process of material layer thickness,gas velocity,nozzle jet nozzle Angle,nozzle diameter,material density on high-speed jet penetration depth and the influence of divergence Angle in the process of experiment.The results show that the gas velocity at the nozzle jet and nozzle diameter under the condition of fixed,makes the biggest jet zone depth of nozzle Angle between 19 and 25°.Same jet speed,nozzle diameter is helpful to increase jet zone depth.(2)Through the study of the regression analysis of experimental data,established a mathematical model to predict the high speed area of fixed bed gasifier.Mathematical model consists of the nozzle diameter,gas viscosity,jet velocity,coal parameters such as density,gas density,Angle of the nozzle.Through industrial parameter validation,the mathematical model accuracy is higher.In MeiKeYuan pilot platform and industrial slag gasifier amplification process,the mathematical model can provide a reference for the design.
