Our medical industry faces developing opportunity as well as austere challenge after our country' s entering into WTO. The opportunity is in favor of the management system jointing with the international system and gaining the necessary resourses for developing ; the challenge is that our medical enterprises have to face directly those foreign enterprises which own high informationlized advantages not only in domestic market but also in the global market. In this case, most of our medical enterprises have got behind with foreign competitors far and away.The station and role of an enterprise in international trade lie fundamentally on its comprehensive strength .on the background of globalization, the above strength more depends on the reduction of transaction cost than before.
