| Ultrasonic wave was used in the traditional deposit techniques for reducing the reaction temperatures, increasing the deposit rate and improving the plating properties. The effects of bath composition, pH and temperatures with ultrasonic wave on deposition rates and deposit compositions were discussed. The bath compositions and techniques conditions of plating Ni-P, Ni-Cu-P, Ni-Co-P using ultrasonic wave were investigated. Deposit surface morphology, thickness were examined by SEM, the contents of deposits were analyzed with EDS, the sizes of the deposit grains were performed by TEM, the pattern of the deposited layer was identified by the X-ray diffraction. The results showed that the deposit surfaces were uniform and compact, and the thicknesses were beyond 24μm, and contents of phosphorus were all beyond 7wt%. The sizes of the deposit grains were 2040nm, the deposited layers appeared amorphous structures.Sacrificial anode is an important method in electro-organic synthesis. In this thesis, o-dichlorobenzene and o-chlorotoluene were used as the starting materials in CO2 atmosphere and N,N-dimethyformamide was used as the solvent in the electro-carboxylations reaction. Aluminum, nickel net, the electroless plating nickel film were used as the sacrificial anode and the stainless steel cathode was used. Phthalic acid and o-toluic acid were made with sacrificial anode method. IR and UV-vis were used for qualitative analysis and the ultraviolet spectrophotometric method was used for quantitative determination. The influences of temperatures and cathode current density on the yield and current efficiency of o-toluic acid were discussed. The yield with the electroless plating nickel film anode was higher than the nickel net anode. |
