A Study Of Ecological And Environment Water Requirements In Northern Interlacing Agro

Water is an important natural resource for human's survival and development, as well as an significant factor of natural ecological environment. The research chose Wulanchabu league, a typical region of agro-pasture zigzag, as studying area, summarized the water resource background and recent research on water requirement of ecological environment, analyzed the natural condition, problems during water resource's exploitation and utilization, and the reason for environment's continuous deterioration, the result showed that there were serious problems of environment and a significant contradiction between water supply and need. Besides, based on the discussion of concept and classification of water requirement of environment, the research advanced methods and ways of evaluating water requirement of environment in this region, compared the different methods of current research. According to the eco-system in Wulanchabu League, the water requirement of environment was divided into farmland, woodland, water and soil preservation, grassland, river, lake and morass, by choosing an appropriate calculation method, every kind of water requirement was evaluated, and the main conclusions were advanced as followed:1. Through the analysis of water resource's exploitation and utilization in Wulanchabu league, the problems were founded as the scarcity of water resource, the unreasonable utilization and serious waste, the high water utilization of agriculture and the shrinking of ground water.2. According to the different kinds of eco-system in Wulanchabu league, the water requirement of ecological environment were evaluated respectively. The water requirement of farmland, woodland, water and soil preservation, grassland, river, lake and morass were 22.81×108m3,10.47×108m3,93.96×108m3,0.09×108m3,9.87×108m3,0.62×108m3 and 1.28×108m3, so the total water requirement of environment of Wulanchabu league in 2000 was 139.10×108m3, and the water requirement of environment in 2005, 2010 and 2020 were predicted as 140.61×108m3, 144.04×108m3 and 145.66×108m3.3. Through the analysis of water requirement of environment and the comparison of rainfall transformation, the rainfall could not provide enough water for the vegetation.
