The disaster of mine water burst is one of the five mine disasters, mine behind the water has an expansive future and the forecast of mine roof water inrush grade becomes an extremely important content in the mine water inrush prevention and cure, along with the increase of energy sources requirement by country economy. By analyzing the pertinent complication and mechanism of mine roof water disaster, and combining the character of fuzzy matter-element theory, this task researches and develops the forecast system of mine roof water disaster based on the fuzzy matter-element model. It is operated easily, and result is nicety, which can be a useful way of roof water disaster.The forecast system of mine roof water disaster based on the fuzzy matter-element model is made up of with the data information administer system and the forecast system of mine roof water inrush. There into , the data information administer system offers data origin for the forecast, can be data file edited, amended, can solve the problem of the mine roof data information administer and renewal effectively, and provide better service for information demand, analyze and water burst forecast. The whole system uses the VB language to program, and found a straight interface, present a world of convenience for the consumer's using.
