In order to ensure water security of mining under water pressure, in this paper,through data collection, by means of analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and GIS evaluation system, according to Lin mines geological and mining conditions of coal seam 3-1 the first mining area, the coal mining under water body in the mine roof water inrush mechanism and stability analysis.First, by reading and theoretical analysis of roof panel concluded that mining under waterbodies water inrush mechanism and influence the main factor of roof stability of mining under water bodies. Through collecting the original data of the mine, according to the collected raw data of the mine, to determine the influence factors of roof stability of mining area of study. Will be determined according to the data of the factors affecting the hierarchical analysis model is established, and by analytic hierarchy process (AHP)and principal component analysis (PCA) to convert the qualitative indicators to quantitative indicators. Then use the GIS to comprehensive evaluation of research coal seam, according to the evaluation results outburst prevention technique of necessary safety measures are put forward.Mine based on the actual analysis have influenced the mining area of 3-1 the first mining area coal seam roof stability factors for hydrogeological conditions, the roof structure characteristics, adopt control measures in three aspects, including roof of eutrophication water, aquifer thickness, ratio of mudstone thickness, thickness of water-resisting layer of roof, tectonic situation (fault and collapse column), the thick coal seam mining seven factors.Through system analysis, the mining area 3-1 the first mining area coal seam roof stability is divided into four zones: unstable area, transition area and area of relatively stable, relatively stable area. No region mainly concentrated in the North-East mining area near the river and near local fault and collapse column, the unstable area than other areas prone to roof water inrush accident, so to strengthen the roof management of these region, increase the control measures for the prevention and control of water inrush.
