With the continuous deepening of underground mining at the metal mine caving method, the scope of surface collapse pits will continue to expand, and surface yellow mud and gravel will enter the collapse pit with rainfall.Under the influence of mining disturbances, the possibility of water inrush and mud in the stope is also increasing. The disasters induced by this will not only result in casualties and equipment losses, but will also lead to great waste of national resources due to the inability of normal mining of mineral resources. In order to control the risk of water inrush and mud in the underground stope, reduce the possibility of water inrush and mud in the stope, rationally evaluate the water inrush and mud in the underground stope, and prevent water inrush and mud outbreak.first it describes and classifies water inrush and mud intrusion, proposes the evolution mechanism of water inrush and mud infiltration, and analyzes the channel formation of water inrush and mud in combination with Chengchao Iron Mine.Secondly,it uses the analytic hierarchy process to evaluate the influencing factors of water inrush and mud outburst from five aspects of geological structure and hydrogeological conditions, and establishes a risk assessment model for water inrush and mud in the mine, which is based on a mine engineering geology. The conditions of the water inrush and mud in the stope were analyzed and studied, and the possibility of water inrush and mud intrusion in the Chengchao iron ore stope was obtained. The third method uses cusp catastrophe theory to establish the cusp catastrophe model of overlying strata in underground stope. The mechanical conditions for water inrush in underground stope are obtained. It is found that there is a linear relationship between horizontal tensile stress, rock elastic modulus and water inrush and mud disaster.Fourth,we propose measures to prevent and control water and mud inrush from underground stope. The research results show that the use of the analytic hierarchy process to compare the five influences of water inrush and mud outfall can effectively predict the possibility of water inrush and mud outbreak in the underground mining stope. The cusp catastrophe theory and fuzzy theory can effectively find the mine. The key factors for the water inrush in overlying strata are to provide a reliable theoretical basis for the prevention and control of water inrush and mud in the mine.Based on the above research results, corresponding solutions and control measures have been formulated to have a strong practical significance for the prevention of water inrush and mud outbreaks in underground stope.
