The computer aided automatic programming technique is to make use of computer to produce numerical control program so as to solve the basic contradiction of the numerical control machine's high-speed and high-efficiency and the complex, lowly efficient and the mistakable manual procedure. It is more important for the numerical control Swiss lathe which has special processing craft and complex numerical control program to simplify the numerical control machine operation and to enhance parts processing efficiency.Based on the project"Graphics Interactive Automatic Programming Software System for CKA1112 Numerical Control Swiss Lathe"of Chengdu Ningjiang machine tool group, the structural characteristic and the processing craft of numerical control Swiss lathe are deeply studied, the main steps and the important points to program the numerical control procedure are summed up. Besides the trait of CKA1112 numerical control Swiss lathe is introduced.With the predecessors'design of part information model about rotary parts, one kind of part information model with its own characteristic that suits for Swiss lathe parts is designed. The feature technology is used to set the part feature classification and the part system. At the same time, the object-oriented technology is used to realize the part classes and the part information model, which is elaborated through a typical part class.Using the part information model, the entire system which includes processing user parts information module, craft analysis module, creating numerical control...
