The research work consists of two parts: Part I includes the synthesis and characters of novel amidine ligands, metal complexes, and the properties test of N, N-dimethyl-3-cyano-4-amino-l,2,5,6-tetrahydro-pyridinium chloride 2d; part II includes the synthesis and characters of a series of amidinate ligands and organometallic compounds. Part Ⅰ1. The properties, synthetic methods, developments of the amindine, amidinate ligands and metal complexes. The synthesis and applications of these types of compounds, the representative works of serveral fame groups in internationality will also be introduced.2. The work focuses on the properties of the substitution and the addition reactions of N, N-diketiminatopropionitrile in the presence of LDA. Several compounds were synthesized and characterized.(1) The synthetic and structural studies on 2d. It was characterized by 1H NMR, 13C NMR and single crystal X-ray diffraction. The reaction mechanism for the formation of 2d was proposed and validated.(2) A series of imine ligands were synthesized and applied to the synthesis of the organometallic compounds. Some valuable results were obtained.(3) The applications of the quaternary ammonium salt were introduced, the refrain bacteria and sterilization properties of 2d were tested.Part ⅡThe aim of this section is to synthesize delocalized η3-π amidinate ligands via substitution and addition reactions to get modified or functional groups. A series of metal complexes were synthesized by using the classical organometallic methods.
