Objective: ① To optimize the improving on extraction method of the mixture of α-linolenic acid and linoleic acid; ②Using GC method to determinate the content of the mixture of α-linolenic acid and linoleic acid. Find a way to control the quality of the mixture by using the iodine number. ③ To determinate the content of α-linolenic acid and linoleic acid of Honghua"baoxinnao"capsule which is the preparation of the mixture.Methods: ① mono factor design was used to choose optimal extraction techniqucs by the way of determinating the iodine number, product of the mixture. ② By using a GC method to determinate the content of α-linolenic acid and linoleic acid in the mixed acids. GC was used for determination, Suplco-wax-10 capillary chromatogram column; mobile phase: hydronitrogen; The FID was used as a detector. Injection temperature: 260℃; Detector temperature: 240℃; Column temperature: 120℃ (1min) with the speed of 5℃/min go to 180℃ (keeping 2min), with the speed of 2℃/min go to 220℃(keeping 10min). ③using the methods of TLC and GC To determinate the content of α-linolenic acid and linoleic acid of Honghua"baoxinnao"capsule which is the preparation of the mixture.Results: ①The optimal extraction techniquc is: The saponification temperature: 75℃, The concentration of NaOH: 30% (w/w), The concentration of H2SO4: 30%(w/w), The freezing temperature: -10℃, The freezing time: 24h, The result of production in factory: the average iodine...
